The Lisbon Council and Allianz SE jointly published The 2008 European Growth and Jobs Monitor on 03 March, the authoritative annual ranking of European Union countries based on criteria for economic and social success derived from the Lisbon Agenda. It includes a special report on the economic impact of high environmental standards.
